| The rates showed in this tariff are weight /mesurement prices (1 cbm = 0.7 ton) if cargo weight is hihger when 1500 kg for one piece, is charged 8 usd/cbm weight fee to vessel convenience, except different indications rates are spread in Euro. |
| The minimum paying unite per B/LL is 1 (one) cbm/ton, excepting different indications. |
| Rates are for standard goods, not dangerous and properly packed, without oversize dimensions. |
| For packages over 2 mt. Lenght or 1500 kgs. Weight is necessary our prior approoval. |
| When is requested a B/L with final destination an inland delivery place, in case of packages even if in size, but over the weight of 1000 kgs. Or 2 cbm of volume and/or 2 mt. Lenght, it should be better our prior acceptance confirmation. |
| Dangerous goods are subjected to prior acceptance and to Surcharges, depending from the origin and to the Imo class. The standard IMO rules are requesting that shipment will have all necessary documents issued and under the full liability of the shipper. |
| The unstuffing charges and the all the local charges at POD are always charged to consignee excepting different agreement. |
| Surcharges, additional charges and/or THC even if issued in this tariff are subjected to variations without prior notice. We kindly ask to all customers to contact us for an up-date. |
| Special local charges or conditions are valid only for freight payable at destiantion. |
| For all services showed in this Tariff, our company is actingly only as delivery agent of the carrier. |
| For any claim for damages and/or missing cargoes should be addressed to the carrier showed in the bill of lading. |
