For smaller consignments (up to about 12 m³ or 4 pallets), your cargo travels as part of a consolidated load, which keeps costs low. For larger volumes, a dedicated vehicle becomes more economical. The chargeable weight is always the greater of actual weight (kg) and volumetric weight (1 m³ = 333 kg for road freight), or the number of pallets/loading meters (LDM) if that yields a higher rate. We apply the same principle to all shipments: you pay for the dimension that best represents the space your goods occupy in the truck.

How the price is calculated

Our price tables are organized by five dimensions: volume (m³), weight (kg), pallet count, loading meters (LDM), and room type (for moves). Choose the table that matches your shipment’s main characteristic. For example, a 3 m³ palletized consignment should be checked in the m³ table (229 €) and the pallet table (2 pallets = 270 €) – the higher of the two applies, but note that pallet rates already assume standard pallet size (120×80 cm). If you are shipping a single item, use the item table. All rates are per shipment door-to-door within the service area. Prices start at 168 € for the smallest shipments and increase up to 1353 € for the largest single consignment in our groupage network.

Moving by rooms

The room-based prices are an approximation for household moves. Each room type is linked to an average cubic meter volume (e.g., 1-room apartment ≈ 12 m³, 2-room ≈ 22 m³). Use these as a quick reference, not a binding quote. The actual m³ depends on furniture size, packing density, and whether you pack yourself. For a precise price, measure the total volume of your items or use the item table if moving only a few pieces.

Individual items

Individual items (fridge, sofa, bed) are priced per piece when shipped alone. These rates already include the cost of handling and minimal consolidation. However, if you are sending several items that together exceed 1 m³, it is usually cheaper to book them as a combined groupage shipment using the m³ or pallet table. For example, a fridge (0.9 m³) alone costs 168 €, but adding a washing machine (0.6 m³) would raise the total volume to 1.5 m³ (229 € in the m³ table) – less than the sum of two single rates.

Customs and packing

Both Lithuania and Germany are EU member states, so standard shipments on this route do not require customs declarations or import duties.
